Farewell summer!

Fall is arriving here in Oklahoma. It's been in the 80s and very wet. Today was down right cool. I'm sad. I don't dislike fall, but it always comes before winter and I hate winter. Winter is cold, ugly, bare, and dead. I have a hard enough time staying warm in the spring and fall---winter is misery. I'm going to enjoy fall just as much as I can, even if the impending winter is coming. But I hope it takes its time.
