Ya know, I should get BJ to tell me how to post pictures here. Just a random desire to post some different ones.

Dusted at the Ponds today. Always fun to be in empty house and sing at the top of your lungs. :)

It started storming early this morning. I slept through some of it. Woke up at about 7:15 and just listened to the storm for a while. Just before 8 there was one mighty loud thunderclap. I got up and went out on the porch (it's covered) with fleece and pillow to sit on the bench and watch the storm. It was wonderful, talked to God, and watched the storm. Several different creeks have overflowed, everything is gooey, and the water over the dam was up to a foot. Saw 2 turtles out. They always come out when it's cool and wet. They're all so cute!

We picked up a package from BJ at the Post office yesterday. I got a beautiful winged purple heart necklace and a real cute purple ring. The shirt is too small for Uel. If you could get a bigger one could I buy it off Samuel?

God is so artsy That's from the Cassini spacecraft now orbiting around Saturn. Wish I could find some more pictures from that.

Things are looking hopeful for Tom Coburn to come and speak to the Young Republicans. Things are almost ready for Tad Jones to address us. Oh, we're now the Rogers County Republican Youth. They didn't like my idea of Adolescent Elephants. ;)

Rush Limbaugh said something quite true and brilliant yesterday. I did not actually hear it so this is a paraphrase. "We have conquered Saddam's country, killed his sons, taken all his possessions, arrested him in a rat hole, and imprisoned him for several months, and he is still more composed than Howard Dean after he lost the Iowa caucus."

Random thought... I love driving. The more I do it the more I like it. Mama and I are now forever beating eachother out of the drive seat. It would be easier if I was the only one who wanted to drive. :)

Your quote for the day: "I can't believe you totalled a mammoth!" "OH, come on! That mountain came out of nowhere!" Rut and Tuke, from Brother Bear
