First off, apologies to all my "forgotten readers" of yesterday's post. :)

I love doing kata!!! I just did all my katas, which now total six! They're all so fun! I just realized today that on heian shodan and tek-yo ken-scho (spelled phonetically) I'm throwing my low blocks just a second too late so they're losing the power of my turn. Need to work on that.

My right inner ear has been acting funny since I've been sick. It feels really congested, and throws me little dizzy spells everynow and then. Probably need to take a decongestant for it.

It's not freezing cold today! I went outside, and played with Joshua and Isaac on the trampoline. Thank You God for the outdoors!
