Happy Valentine's Day! I asked God to send y'all all sunshine for my Valentine's gift, did He deliver?
Got to drive around lots Thursday. To class, to the library, to the post office, and home. Lots of fun! Got two great books at the library. The first is How Reagan Changed My Life by Peter Robinson, one of his speech writers. The second is Tiltby Nicholas Shrady. It's about the leaning Tower of Pisa, and the book is tilted at 5.5 degrees just like the tower. I checked it out because of the cover, and it's proving to be interesting.
I picked a topic for one of my Teenpact bills. It would withraw all state gov. money from higher education. When I get it written I'll post it. Should provide some interesting debate.
I'm hoping to start using the phonecards I got for Christmas this weekend. If I can work up the nerve to actually touch the phone. ;)
BJ has email working! She called Thursday night, and we got to talk for a good long time. It's a great enviroment, they're busy but not overwhelmed, treated like adults, and she's getting along with everyone. But, man, I miss her!
Bible study went great last night! Dad presented a short message on faith and how everyone in Hebrew 11 made the concious decision to let God be in control. So we talked about being faithful in little things, and building up to big things, how God knows your limitations, and doesn't give you more than you can handle. Then we prayed, ate, and played games. It was really fun. We have some awesome CHEF youth!
I miss the Reagans. *sniff* Haven't seen JC since August 02, and the rest of them since June 01.
I think I'll go drink some chocolate milk, and curl up with a book.
P.S. On this warm fuzzy day, I would like to let all my readers know that I really appreciate them actually reading my prattlings. It's so fun for me to come here, and just write anything I want. Y'all are a blessing!
