I was feeling kinda down this evening for several complicated reasons as I was driving home tonight. I was driving with my window down and had just turned off the car's music as I went across the bridge. Since nobody was behind me I stopped to admire the sunset reflected in the lake and to just hear the early night noises. It was beautiful but I still wasn't feeling better. I had maybe been stopped for 5 seconds when *poof* a huge firework went off right where I was looking across the lake. It was like God said 'I love you so much and am so happy to see you! Let's celebrate!' and then shot off a firework. Wow.
