Had a wonderful Arabic lesson! We're now doing full sentences instead of just individual words since we've almost finished the alphabet.

Ate a lovely eggroll and dish of chicken fried rice for lunch.

Wimped out on running this morning. My calf muscle was funny and I was very tired so I only did 1 1/2 miles instead of 2. Wimp!
