This is the day
that the Lord hath made! We will rejoice and be glad in it!
It's kinda hard to imagine Dad being right there with BJ and Uel. It makes me tingle with excitement, too! Post pictures, guys! Proof of life kind of thing. BTW, Samuel you manage to post pictures without bloggerbot or messing up the size of your blogger. How?
Mama sent a family newsletter Saturday. Let me know if any of y'all didn't get it and would like it.
How many of y'all could possibly make it to my graduation this spring? Mama and I are trying to nail down a date. So many variables there! When will the church building be done? When's the blackbelt testing, chef graduation, ATI regionals, VBS? How fast can Anna get the chemistry and Spanish done? BTW, thanks for praying. Keep it up! Last week I got through a lot of chemistry.
We've been getting loads of yard work done. We've burned leaves, planted lupines, delphiniums, mums, and a Barbara Bush rose, transplanted several little plants, weeded 3 flower beds, filled chicken holes, and spread compost. I love spring and gardening!
Did anyone besides me forget about daylight savings time yesterday? Boy, did I feel stupid. However, I think the whole idea of the seasonal time change is dumb. Katie and Amy S. and I decided this morning that the time changes should be on Saturdays. There are not many things scheduled for Saturday mornings.
Julie had forgotten about me playing my violin Sunday so I'm doing it next week and will have to remember to remind her Wednesday.
Samuel, if you have time check out the creation thread on the RI debate board. We have a real nutter on there.
I got a nice long email from Kali! Gotta love her! I hope I'm a good older friend like her, BJ, and Rachel C. That reminds me, I need to call Rachel. I tried 3 different times last week to get a hold of her to no avail.
I have to go get laundry going and other various responsibilities (dude, that word has a lot of Is!) accomplished. Love y'all!
