Wrote my essay today. Will post it later. Had a good 15 minute run, then a mediocre (sp?) run of 10-15 minutes. Need to iron shirts for Dad and go to bed, soon. Watched some commentary on TT DVD. Sparred some with Samuel, and did terrible on throwing and blocking kicks. Ethan is feeling sick. Am having some good convos on the RI, so this post is very short.
