I guess I should get around to inviting people here. :)
We had a big surprise last night aroudn 8 p.m. Our friend, Carol R., called. She and family were nearby and needed directions to our house. They spent the night, and left sometime around 2:20 p.m. today. Their oldest, Benjamin, wasn't with them, but all the other 8 kids were. It was actually a lot of fun to have them over. This is really the first time we and the R. kids had gotten along. We had all kinds of problems with them before, but today was a lot of fun. I was pleasantly surprised.
It stormed again today. Everything is soaking wet. :(
Our dear neighbors are letting us use their pool again this summer! I can't wait until the weather is right and I'm not sick to go swimming!
I think I'm pretty much over that nasty cold. I'm so glad!
I need to go eat. (Speaking of eating we made tapioca pudding today! Yum!)
