Band went really well and let out 30 minutes early because whoever Mr. Roper bought the arrangement of Pirates highlights didn't get it to him. We should have it by Tuesday. We'll really have to knuckle down on it but I bet it's a fun selection.

Found out yesterday that I did not make it into the Honors Program. I think it must be a God thing (like, duh!) because the interview went so well. Despite the fact that we all agree this will work out without the scholarship. I'd better not run into Dr. Ford anytime soon. This also means that I'm going to go ballistic on the CLEPs. CLEPtomaniac! I did get a $1000/semester 'academic excellence' scholarship and am going to be talking to an advisor soon on getting some more scholarships.

I dutifully paid Uncle Sam today. That's definitely the one downside of making money-taxes. Now I have to pay my dues to the People's Republic of Oklahoma. I betcha I could get the form here at the Library since OK City has neglected to send me a tax form.

I watched Stranger than Fiction Tuesday night. I loved it! Emma Thompson is a genius!
