Top o'the morning to thee!
I apologize for not updating in 11 days. I 'twas inspired by Eric ordering people to update. Maybe he'll be a navy drill sergeant someday. ;)
Tonight is Youth Bible study. Fun, fun, fun! Unfortunately, for some reason Mr. Mu. rescheduled Twilight Prayer and Praise to the second Friday (tonight) instead of the third. That's a bummer.
Today is also Naomi and I's second band practice. There's a homeschool band in Broken Arrow that started up last month and it didn't quite meet the demand so they started up another in Owasso last week. Naomi is playing the clarinet and I'm playing the flute. Naomi is awfully good at it and I still sound breathy and sometimes like a sound system going wrong. But we are both really enjoying it!
Julie (pianist at church) wants me to play the violin sometime soon at church and has offered to accompany me on the piano. Any ideas for songs?
Pray hard for the ACT tomorrow. I've studied up to the gills so I'm just leaving the rest up to God.
Mama finally found Mickey's Prince and the Pauper on Amazon's used stuff! We're watching it right now. I love it! Read this in a slow, monotone voice. 'Now to review, sire, all triangles have three sides. And the relationship of these sides are known as ratios. Trigonometery is the branch of mathematics that deals with these rations...'
I bought a camera case yesterday. It's not very pretty (I think, but Mama likes it), but it does the job and it was only ten bucks.
Wearing: Chipped purple nail polish (Sally Hansen's Chrome Series-Purple Sapphire. Beautiful!), my purple ring, my black Fighting to Fish shirt (I found it finally!), my favorite grey pants, and my black george sandals. Oh, and my toenails are also painted Purple Sapphire. And I haven't brushed my hair. Eek!
Listening to: The Prince and the Pauper ('Who are you and who IS your tailor?').
Thinking: that if I don't go make tapioca Ethan is going to spontaniously combust. Why he doesn't go make it himself I don't know.
Eating: Nothing right now. Didn't feel like breakfast this morning. I do feel like some warm cappucino (sp?) now though.
Feeling: I feel like breaking but I don't have any boards. We'll have to fix that. In the meantime I'll settle with kata and cappucino.
See y'all, folks!
