Blogger went and got a new look. I like the front page but the control and publishing centers are just too bad for words.

Mama's running errands. Ethan is cleaning up after lunch (hmmmmmhotdogwithmayoandketchupmmmmm). Naomi is drawing. I just finished a math paper (A+!!!!). I'm not sure what everybody else is doing.

Saturday we all went to Brittany G.'s graduation reception at their house. It was sooooo fun! The D.s, Murrys, and Stephen J. were all their from karate. Stephen brought younger sibs. and parents, and the Murrys didn't bring Jason who's behind in homework. Also there were two families from their church that I didn't know. I got to talk to Christina about her mission trip to Iceland in June. I think that's so exciting! And Brittany showed off her drawing (she's just too good. Her stuff reminds me a lot of Mama's potraits. She takes forever to do it, too, just like Mama.) And then she showed off her dog, Ironsides. He catches frisbees in the air and is very well trained. She (Brittany. Not the dog. Because, as I'm sure you noted, the dog is a boy.) and Alicia had the coolest shirts! On the front it says in gold letters We are awaiting The Return of the King of Kings and Lord of Lords. On the back it had a verse from Revelation concerning that event in both KJ English and *drumroll* Sindarin! I threatened to steal it. :)

Man, there are a lot of martial arts advertisers! Of all the subjects I talk about the ads are always for martial arts.

Naomi is having Marla sleep over tonight. And we'll have the rest of the P. on Tuesday. We missed their music recital Saturday: too busy cleaning. :(

I am so sick of hearing about the Iraqi POW abuse scandal. The liberal media is covering it endlessly and trying to pin it on Rumsfield and Bush. DUH! They do not micromanage the soldiers. The soldiers have been court martialed (sp?), we've apologized, there's no need for a brilliant Secretary of Defense to step down. And on the other side you have the conservative media endlessly covering the outragiousness of the liberal media endlessly covering the POW abuse. Can we please move on?!
