Wearing: Red tee, blue pants, one of my socks on the right foot, one of Samuel's on the left.

Digesting: Sierra Mist, Hershey's milk chocolate, noodles and sauce, and water.

Listening to: Peace, Be Still C.D. and Mama reading Men of Iron in the kitchen.

Procrastinating on: Math.

General feeling: OUCH!

In case you're not Sherlock Holmes and have not figured it out already, I twisted my left ankle really bad during my exercise. It's swollen and I got chilled from the shock, so that why I'm wearing Samuel's sock. I just had a moment of genuis and realized that I could get around, without hurting or hopping, by walking on my knees.

BonnieJean babysat for the Arnetts 4-9 today. And now she's going to Bethany Williams' overnight party that is being hosted by the Suttons. Dad is driving her there now. Some of us here are going to stay up till midnight and play games.

Did I tell you that I babysat the Bowers for 9 hours on the 26th? That was a lot of fun. Those boys are fast settling (sp?) into my heart.

Remember to pray for the families of Martha Myers, Kathleen Gariety, and William Koehn, missionaries who were killed by a Muslim in Yemen. Also pray for Donald Caswell, who was seriously wounded, but is expected to recover. Pray also for the gunman.

Samuel recited Matthew 5 word-perfect for us this evening, and Dad payed him 20 bucks. Memorization is such a good thing. And like Dad says, "It pays to memorize scripture."

And now I'm going to go play Risk!
