I need to catch y'all up on somethings that I haven't written about!

Friday (8th) BJ left early in the morning (8, I think) with her S.S. class for Branson, AR. Branson is home of a fantastic amusement park that I have never gone to, but everybody raves about. But anway, she had a blast and we all moped around here at home.

Just kidding! Friday night we went the CHEF drama presentation. The first one was for the younger cast. They did a simple (I think 4 scenes) synopisis (sp?) of Johnny Appleseed's life. All the little kids were so cute! The second one had two acts and was called Fairy Tale Courtroom. The first case was the People Vrs. B.B. (Big Bad) Wolf. Ricky Lee Cagle was B.B. Wolf and did marvelous. Some very funny characters were the Boy Who Cried Wolf (he sat in the audience and would jump up periodically accusing the wolf and stating he saw the wolf do it.) who was also blind, the badger (played by Ryan Cagle) who was a character witness that had to read his testimony and get the wolf to help him read when the wolf was not handing him money (Ryan did really good.) I'm going to start a new sentence just for the fun of it. The first little pig was a spoof of Little Miss Piggy. She was dressed in a real long pink saitn gown. Caleb was enamoured with it and followed her around all through the reception. The second pig was a pig. Never said a word, just sat there and ate marshmallows. The third piggy was a real hip dude rocking out on his portable cd player. The jury was the audience and voted that B.B. Wolf was innocent. I think we voted that way because the prosecuter did a good job of coming across as a jerk.

And the second act was the people vrs. the witch, alias Evil Queen. Witnesses were 4 of the 7 dwarfs who were always talking at the same time. Prince Charming who ended up breaking down into tears when he found out that "Snow" was living 7 guys! Then he started to testify about waking up Sleeping Beauty, but by that time the two girls had gotten it figured out and came up and beat him up.
