Howdy! I hope all of y'all had good weekend! Our's was good. Dad fixed A LOT of the van problems by putting in a ground wire. It rained on Saturday. Sunday we had Ryan over. He's a good kid! And Dad, Naomi and I went on a walk. We walked down by the lake, and watched the fish jump. It was really quiet down there. I love the lake or snow quietness. It's the kind of quiet which makes you quiet yourself, but keeps you expectant as if waiting for the next bird to cherp. On the way back we met a kid named Zacchary who told us all about everything. He was really cute!
Our church is starting to fill shoeboxes for Christmas gifts for kids in Honduras. We did this last year and sent over 800. This year we're aiming for 1000! I'm doing 12 boxes for boys 2-4 years old. It's so much fun!
Mama is in Tulsa right now. She's dropping Ethan off at Dad's office so they can go to their ALERT Cadet meeting, and she'll run som errands, and get home after supper. And Dad and Ethan will get home late, too. Hopefully Mama will get our tv fixed while she's gone.
We start chess classes on Thursday!
And Anne called on Saturday! It was soooo nice to get to talk to her. She really is like a sister to me, and I love her to pieces!
I miss all of the Wilbur gang. David, JC, Melissa, Chelsa, Grady, and Anne. There's a handful of awesome people! God's going to use them, and I hope I get to watch Him do it. I'm so glad I've gotten to know them as closely as I have!
And now I'm off again!
