Went to the movies this morning

to see Episode III. Wow and wow! Obi-wan and R2 were in their absolute best form! Them and the lizard thing Obiwan rides were my absolute favorite! I liked how well ObiWan and Anakin were getting along at the beginning. Of course, it all ends tragically with them trying to kill eachother (Anakin burning was so gross. They could have shown it in some way that was still upsetting but not gross like that.). The whole thing is very tragic but very well filmed. This one had more character depth and plot coherence than Episode II. I actually kinda liked Yoda in this one. I haven't made up my mind if he's redeemed himself as a coward in my eyes or not. Anakin and Padme were magnificently acted. I think the filming implied that Padme was forcesensitive while pregnant with twins who were so strong in the force. Palpatine was just the right balance of evil that wasn't cheesy or boring. General Grievous was a spectacular bad guy. The trade federation droids were a lot of the humor in this Episode. I loved it! "His lightsaber, sir." *snatch* "You're welcome."

Oh, and the commercial for The Lion, The Witch, and the Wardrobe had me in tears and on the edge of my seat! Do I really have to wait all the way till December?!
