A 'day late

And a dollar short' update. :)

So Mama drops Naomi and I off at Battlecreek (the Tuesday class is in the same building as the dojo.) for band practice this afternoon. And nobody's there in the band room. And Mama has already left to do Tulsa errands. So we hung out in the dojo (it's next to the doors so we would see when Mama came back.), practiced music anway, practiced kata, and played with a really fun, pink, bouncy ball somebody had left. Naomi's sandan is looking real good; she just needs to be a little more confident. And Dad figured out how to shrink the scanned images of the music so it will fit onto 8x11 paper. I started another piece, 76 Trombones. It's cool, even on 1 flute. :)

Poor Dad has come down sick. He keeps moaning on but won't treat his symptons. My sympathy is quickly waning and will be nonexistent shortly if he keeps this up.

Mama bought the Incredibles DVD! I love that movie! I just flat out love Pixar!

We had a lovely thunderstorm last night and it's been raining consistently all day. It's a good thing-the ground was getting really dry.

8 days until Dad leaves for Taiwan. I hope BJ and Uel have some clothes for him there because if he brings everything they've asked for there will be no room for clothes. He got the Chinese/English New Testaments yesterday. PTL!

It's 8:30 now and I have to practice violin, iron, and get little guys ready for bed alli n one hour. Busy, busy, busy, dizzy-in the best sense of the word!
