Tonight is promotions at karate! Yeah, yeah, yeah!

Yesterday they had a dinner at church for the graduates and their families. It was really nice. Mrs. McCombs and Lisa got the meal together, and Doug was the master of ceremonies. Each of the parents got up and said something about their graduate, and the church gave a gift to each of the graduates. The boys got a devotional/journal called the Experience. BJ has had several people recommend it to her, so we're all anxious to read it.

June 21st we're going to Archer for a Sutherland reunion. Rod and family, Kent and family, and I don't who all else will be there. We haven't had a Sutherland reunion since I can't remember when. We're all excited about it.

We called Miss Johnson yesterday. She seems to be doing good. We need to go see her again sometime soon.

Naomi planted her Blue Boy bachelor buttons today. I love bachelor buttons!

I'm going to call Melissa tonight if Dad will let me. I meant to yesterday but Dad called his aunt Helen, so I didn't get to.
